I was asked to do an OPS-DIR review of draft-ietf-ppsp-survey

I am not sure why.

This document is a survey, it provides useful information on protools in use
over the Internet.  As such, it does not actually propose any technology,
operations procedures or policies and, by definition, can not have an
operational impact on ISPO or enterprise network operation.

I think the document would be better if it did include some discussion of any
operational issues raised by the protocols it surveys but it is a useful
collection of information even without that specific information.
