Hi all: I have reviewed this document as part of the Operational directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. In reading this draft, I'm someone with little familiarity with multi-user chat systems; I found two places where think a little more explanation would help. These are: 1. In section 1.1 the phrase 'kicking users' is unfamiliar. 2. In section 2 the phrase 'PRECIS FreeformClass' appears. Would a reference to [RFC7564] be helpful here? Otherwise, the changes in this draft are made clear in Appendix Q, to me they seem sensible. Overall, apart from my 1. and 2. suggestions above, this draft is ready for submission to IESG.
