   aviation industry transition of flight guidance systems from analog
   to digital, provides context for LDACS relative to related IETF
   activities [I-D.haindl-lisp-gb-atn], and seeks expertise on reliably
   of IPv6 over LDACS for step (1).  This document does not intend to
   advance LDACS as an IETF standards-track document.
