Summary: This document defines the YANG data model for RIFT

issues:
- The definition of "PoD" in the document differs from its common usage in the
industry. Typically, a PoD represents a self-contained, modular unit that
includes all necessary components such as compute, storage, and networking
resources.

- The document has two sections labeled "Terminology" (Sections 1.1 and 1.3).
Consolidating these into a single section would improve clarity and reduce
redundancy.

- Need to add references to Clos, ThreeWay Adjacencies, and Fat Trees.

Thanks, Linda Dunbar
