I was requested to look at the OPS-DIR review of this work.
It was a short read on a brief focussed draft to clarify the inclusion of
policy qualifiers in the certificate policies extension of RPKI resource
certificates. .

Summary:
This draft proposes a 1 phrase update to RFC6487, indicating that exactly one
policy qualifier may be included in the RPKI CP. This draft does not pose any
additional operational concerns beyond those of RFC6487.
