I am the assigned ART-ART reviewer for this draft. Please treat these comments just like any other last call comments. Please note that I am not a BGP, RPKI or CMS expert, and this is my first review as a member of ART-ART. Please be nice :) I saw nothing that triggered any of the issues listed in the "Typical ART Area Issues" page on the Wiki, and for a non-expert, the document seems well-written and clear in its intent. I only noticed one minor issue, which is that Section 3.3 does not provide an explanation of the semantics of a PAS value of 0 (zero). I believe I have located such an explanation in Section 4 of draft-ietf-sidrops-aspa-verification, and I'd imagine that subject experts would not need an explanation, but I'd like to suggest adding a reference so readers don't need to find it themselves. Otherwise, looks good to me.
