I have reviewed this document as part of the security directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG.    This document identifies and describes the requirements for a set of
   use cases related to network resiliency on Segment Routing (SPRING)

This informational document introduces the candidate solutions/use cases which could be applied to enhance the network resiliency on SPRING networks when failures occurs. I think this work does not bring any additional security issue.
