This is a well-written specification that has consider the user, the OS
implications, and the network management issues.  As a reviewer, I appreciate a
carefully craft specification, and the work your earlier reviewers have done.

A short introduction of iWARP for the naïve reader would aid th text in section
1.  It simply needs to be either a reference to  your choice of specification.
