I have reviewed this document as part of the security directorate's ongoing
effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG. These comments
were written primarily for the benefit of the security area directors. Document

I see from the -05 reviews that this version has been moved to the Proposed
Standard. I agree that this is appropriate.

Overall, the document is clear and understandable.

Minor nit: The suggested Note has "indication indication" in it.
