This is an OPS DIR review of draft-ietf-xrblock-rtcp-xr-video-lc-05. The ID defines an additional RTCP block type for reporting of loss concealment metrics within systems that use RTP and RTCP. The document is clearly written and I see no operational concerns with using the RTCP reporting block described in the ID. If anything, the use of this reporting block will assist the operators of a streaming service better understand the operations of the service and if there are network issues that should be examined. imo, this document is ready for publication.
