RFC3954, but is specific to Cisco.  There has already been discussion about
this being a Cisco specific draft and involved consultation with the WG chair.



For Gen-art, the document has a few editorial nits that should be resolved and
other reviewers points on the Cisco specific document should be considered. 
Otherwise, the document is ready for publication.

should be a period as it is not a question in itself.  The last sentence in
this paragraph correctly terminates with a question mark, but the space before
it should be deleted.
