There is a weird formatting thing with the 2nd one of the normative references. The one with the 53 extra chars over 72 below is the result idnits 1.33 (09 Jul 2004) There are 4 instances of too long lines in the document, -- the longest one being 53 characters in excess of 72. There are 14 instances of lines with control characters in the document.
