The Security considerations and IANA considerations are placed a little strangely compared
to the "contributors" and "acknowledgements" sections.  I also found the security consideration:

   Mechanisms to secure
   ISIS Link State PDUs and/or the TE TLVs can be used to secure the
   GMPLS TE TLVs as well.
