Section 4: "it has to update the UDP Length field in the UDP header [5] to account for the extra 4 bytes of length."

It would be more accurate to describe the length as "32 bits" or "4 octets" instead of "4 bytes".  Not a discuss since the data being described is clearly represented as 32 bits in the figure found in section 3.

No real competence to comment on technical content.  As far as I can tell, the
objects in the existing MIB module (RFC 2002) do actually provide support for
this extension (mnRepliesDroppedInvalidExtension or mnRegRequestsDeniedByFA,
depending on whether the mobile node supports the extension).
