This is a "no further objection" supporting the others' issues
on problems of clarity.  Another point - we're now past the point
on this, because the document is here now, but I advise the
IESG to ask INT to map and explain the architecture of the
L2TPEXT, PW, L2PVN (and MPLS, GMPLS, L1VPN) work soon, and give
the IESB/IAB a shot at some review of the big picture.

Lots of acronyms that could be expanded on first time use in the document.

It may also be a good idea to cite/reference RFC3438 which explains the IANA assignment rules and where the name space exists inside iana.
RFC3438 states that assignments are made on Expert Review? 
So who is the expert who reviewed? Mark I assume/guess?
