Technical Summary This document discusses Location Privacy as applicable to Mobile IPv6. We document the concerns arising from revealing Home Address to an on-looker and from disclosing Care of Address to a correspondent. The document has also been presented and discussed at the MIP6 WG meetings. Protocol Quality This specification has been reviewed by Jari Arkko for the IESG, and Gopal Dommety for the WG. The document is only capturing issues associated with location privacy and does not specify a new protocol. Hence there is no implementation experience.
