Neat stuff.  I wish I had an opinion of the differences between this and the mail store-and-forward architecture, possibly from the POV of an SMTP expert.  If there's an opportunity for an Apps area volunteer review (although it seems too late now), I would be happy to arrange that.

Hmmm -- I can't find the registration of the "dtn:" URI which explains its purpose, syntax etc.
