Well, section 5.2 contains precisely 2 lnes and two words to say that 
ARP is not used.

Section 4.2:

C: CRC Indicator. 1 = CRC is included, 0 = 1 No CRC is included

It looks confusing that 0 = 1, I guess the 1 can be removed.
