I don't believe this document is conflicting with ongoing IETF work, so I have no objections to its publication. However I have a small set of mostly editorial nits I would like the document editor to consider: Was the URI registration checked by Graham Klyne (the Designated URI Expert Reviewer)? I doubt he will have any issues with this, but it would be better to check this earlier. 4.
