    Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) for Multipoint Networks

Abstract

   This document describes extensions to the Bidirectional Forwarding
   Detection (BFD) protocol for its use in multipoint and multicast
   networks.

   This document updates RFC 5880.
