ITU Liaison to External Organizations regarding IP applications over mobile systems

Dear Sir,

The last meeting of ITU-R Working Party 8F, "IMT-2000 and Systems Beyond
IMT-2000", agreed to send a liaison to External Organizations requesting
information on IP applications over mobile systems. The text of the
liaison is attached. I would appreciate it if you could bring it to the
attention of the relevant group/s in your organization.
