Dear IAB, cc'ing ietf@ietf.org for transparency:
This is another followup to report even more damage caused by the IESG
actions covered in https://cr.yp.to/2025/20251024-rules.pdf, which IAB
still hasn't handled.
Concretely, in public email dated 28 Nov 2025 08:35:52 -0800, the
tls@ietf.org censors announced a "Notice of Moderation" for my postings
to the TLS mailing list as "allowed by the IESG statement on the
intentional inclusion of a derivative works in list emails". The
situation here is analogous to my previous message.
Please confirm receipt of these messages, and please tell me when you
expect to handle this matter.
---D. J. Bernstein
===== NOTICES =====
This document may not be modified, and derivative works of it may not be
created, and it may not be published except as an Internet-Draft. (That
sentence is the official language from IETF's "Legend Instructions" for
the situation that "the Contributor does not wish to allow modifications
nor to allow publication as an RFC". I'm fine with redistribution of
copies of this document; the issue is with modification.)
