Received March 27, 2003 From: Robert Barr, rbarr@cisco.com Cisco is the owner of US patent No. 6 243 667, 6 308 148 and other pending patents which relate to the subject matter of "Cisco Systems NetFlow Services Export Version 9". If a standard related to this subject matter is adopted by IETF and any claims of these or any other Cisco patents are necessary for practicing this standard, any party will be able to obtain a license from Cisco to use any such patent claims under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms to implement and fully comply with the standard.
