DoCoMo USA Labs' patent statement pertaining to draft-ietf-
seamoby-card-protocol-01.txt

* DoCoMo Communications Laboratories USA, Inc. (DoCoMo USA Labs)
  will not assert its US Patent No. 10/185,845 or its non-US
  counterpart against any party that implements draft-ietf-
  seamoby-card-protocol-01.txt or any derivative, when this
  is employed as a standard.

This grant of rights will terminate with respect to any party
that asserts a patent it owns, directly or indirectly, against
DoCoMo USA Labs and affiliates for their implementation and
operation in compliance with this technology or any derivative.
This termination will occur as of the date the patent is
asserted against DoCoMo USA Labs and affiliates.
