WiChorus Corporation and/or its affiliates hereby declare that they
are in conformity with RFC 3668. WiChorus's contributions may contain one
or more patents or patent applications. To the extent WiChorus's contribution is
adopted to the specification, WiChorus undertakes to license patent
claims technically necessary to implement the specification on fair, reasonable
and nondiscriminatory terms based on reciprocity.
