The document draft-ietf-nsis-rmd-17.txt to which this Patent Disclosure and Licensing Declaration applies is an evolvement from a document draft-bader-nsis-rmd-diffserv-gsm-00.text. An old Statement with respect to that document was submitted to IETF on August 3, 2004. Unfortunately, the name of the patent holder in that old Statement was incomplete. For this reason this Patent Disclosure and Licensing Declaration has not been created by clicking on "Update this IPR diclosure" but created independently. However, it should be considered as some kind of update of the old Statement. It should also be considered to apply to any draft-ietf-nsis-rmd-xy.txt document where xy is less than 17. |
