This is to advise the IETF, in accordance with the IETF RFCs 3979 and 4879 that Nokia Siemens Networks Oy believes the Nokia Siemens Networks patent “Method for monitoring and controlling a number of available decentralized ip budgets of a subscriber in a packet-based communications network during an online assessment of charges with limit value monitoring for data transmissions” (EP1611751) (the “Disclosed Patents”), may be required to implement the following IETF contribution “Diameter Credit-Control Application” (RFC 4006) (the “Contribution”). |
