If this Standard is adopted by IETF and any claims of any patents owned by the Patent Holder are necessary for practicing the Standard, the Patent Holder will offer a party a limited, non-exclusive, world-wide, non-transferable right to use any such patent claims under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms to implement and fully comply with the Standard, subject to rights of reciprocity and suspension or termination for assertion against a third party.
Right to Sell:
If this Standard is adopted by IETF and any claims of any patents owned by the Patent Holder are necessary for practicing the Standard, the Patent Holder will offer a party a limited, non-exclusive, world-wide, non-transferable right, subject to the notice requirement below, to sell a product or service implementing any such patent claims under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms to implement and fully comply with the Standard (“Seller”) to a buyer who accepts and agrees to comply with the reasonable, non-discriminatory terms, subject to rights of reciprocity and suspension or termination for assertion against a third party.
