NTT DoCoMo represents that DoCoMo has disclosed
the existene of  one or more patents concerning
a text of  "draft-ietf-rohc-rtp-xx.txt".
Our statement on patent licencing is as follows,


NTT DoCoMo has filed patent applications that
might possibly have technical relation to this contribution.
If part(s) of this text provided by NTT DoCoMo employees
is (are) included in a standard and NTT DoCoMo has patents
and/or patent application(s) that are essential to
implementation of such included part(s) in said standard,
NTT DoCoMo is prepared to grant - on the basis of
reciprocity (grant-back) - a license on such included
part(s) on reasonable, non-discriminatory terms and
conditions (in according with paragraph 10.3.3 of the RFC 2026).
