While the Patent appears to be assigned to a third party it was - to a company called Digital Delivery to manage it for me as my fiduciary agent.

DDI was purchased by Datum bringing the fiduciary responsibility with it. We are now in court with Symmetricom in Santa Cruz California (CASE # CV165643) and will have more updates soon.
