IGRP is a proprietary protocol of Cisco, and Cisco believes at this
time, that the proposed submission violates Cisco's rights in the
protocol and in the trademark.  Therefore, Cisco believes the internet
draft should not be published.  Cisco's practice has been and continues
to be that it will openly and fairly license its technology through its
IOS software.  However, Cisco cannot endorse this action.  If you have
