Licensing information, comments, notes, or URL for further information

Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG is the owner of European Application Serial No. EP 13 001 599.3 (the “Identified IPR”) relating to the subject matter of “Describing the bundling of media (Audio, Video, Data) on to a single 5 Tuple using an extension to ICE (RFC 5245) candidates”.

If technology in the document named “draft-hutton-mmusic-bundled-ice-candidates-00” is included in a standard adopted by IETF and any claims of the Identified IPR are necessary for practicing the standard, any party will have the right to use any such patent claims under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms, with reciprocity, to implement and fully comply with the standard.`
The reasonable non-discriminatory terms are:

If this standard is adopted, Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG will not assert the Identified IPR against any party for making, using, selling, importing or offering for sale a product that implements the standard, provided, however that Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG retains the right to assert the Identified IPR (including the right to claim past royalties) against any party that asserts a patent it owns or controls (either directly or indirectly) against Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG or any of Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG’s affiliates or successors in title or against any Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG products or any products of any of Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG’s affiliates either alone or in combination with other products; and Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG retains the right to assert the Identified IPR against any product or portion thereof that is not necessary for compliance with the standard.

Royalty-bearing licenses for standard essential use of the Identified IPR will be available to anyone who prefers that option over a reciprocal royalty-free license.

Note: The individual submitting this template represents and warrants that he or she is authorized by the Patent Holder to agree to the above-selected licensing declaration.
