The following statement was received on Friday, November 20 From: Simon Carter <simon.carter@bt-sys.bt.co.uk> BT would like to point out that aspects of its proposal for "Bounded-delay service", submitted in a draft to the diff-serv WG, are subject to a patent application. BT does this in the belief that this patent application is relevant to present discussions within the IETF.
