RAI - Radiotelevisione Italiana has a patent pending on BTFTP protocol.

RAI - Radiotelevisione Italiana will grant a royalty-free license
with other reasonable and non-discriminatory terms and
conditions for the purposes of implementing the protocol,
provided a reciprocal license is granted to RAI - Radiotelevisione
Italiana, consistently with established practice.
