Received December 16, 2002 From: Hiroshi Tamura Quality Logic (formerly Genoa Technology), with its principal place of business at 5401 Tech Circle, Moorpark,CA USA, has all licenses necessary for the TIFF-FXpert Test System, which implements TIFF-FX Profiles S, F, C and M, under the necessary patents, to make, use, offer for sale, lease, or otherwise dispose of its products. Quality Logic (formerly Genoa Technology) has participated in the TIFF-FX interoperability test process as an independent developer of TIFF-FX.
