ANY AND ALL USE OF ANY US6370629 OR US6393126 PROTECTED METHODS ARE CONTROLLED BY AN OPEN SOURCE STYLE AGREEMENT "MANDATING A CHOICE OF CALIFORNIA LAW FOR ANY AND ALL UNREGISTERED USERS:"

The Settlements in question have formally been served on IETF and CISCO and JUNIPER as a basis of notifying the entire IETF Working base but in fact these two settlement terms affect many if not all IETF standards published because of IETF and those parties use of the protected methods inside their own working infrastructures. As such - the California Law Settlement Mandate applies to most if not all x509 based crypto services IETF certifies but to a number of other crypto methods including but not limited to symmetric and asymmetric processes and their methods.

VIII. Other Notes

Additional notes

The IETF is fully aware it has no legal standing to provide any party any enforceable release against the California Law section of the US6370629 and US6393126 Settlements, and as such we believe you as relying parties have damage claims against IETF yourselves for their [alleged] actions herein. Either way - you and IETF and your company are bound by the California Law TERM SET PER THESE TWO DOCUMENTS:

1) DDI Settlement: http://www.slideshare.net/tglassey/contractsddisettlement

2) TTI Settlement: http://www.slideshare.net/tglassey/contractsttisettlement-sym00012sym00028

3) Settlement Analysis with FRAND Terms: http://www.slideshare.net/tglassey/analysis-of-settlement-requirements

4) Open Source Licensing Demand: http://www.slideshare.net/tglassey/opensource-demand-1

PER DEMAND: See Section 8 and review backwards to see how all are tied to the CHOICE OF LAW STATEMENT ss8.1. ALSO NOTICE IRRELEVANT OF WHO CONTROLS ENFORCEMENT OF LICENSING - ALL PARTIES USING THE US6370629 OR US6393126 IP ARE TIED TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THAT USE - INCLUDING ANY PRODUCTS INCORPORATING SAID IP, UNTIL SUCH TIME A RELEASE IS OBTAINED FROM MCNEIL AND MYSELF FOR OUR CLAIMS.
