If technology in the document named " draft-ietf-tram-turn-server-discovery” is included in a standard adopted by IETF, and any claims of any above-identified IPalive patents are necessary for practicing the standard, any party will have the right to use the invention(s) covered by the patent claims thereof under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms, with reciprocity, to implement and fully comply with the standard.
