This disclosure relates only to Ipalive’s US patent application 14/520227 filed on October 21st, 2014 and entitled “FINDING AND USING SERVERS FOR CERTAIN SERVICES”.
If technology in the document named " draft-ietf-tram-turn-server-discovery” is included in a standard adopted by IETF, and any claims of any above-identified IPalive patents are necessary for practicing the standard, any party will have the right to use the invention(s) covered by the patent claims thereof under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms, with reciprocity, to implement and fully comply with the standard.
The reasonable non-discriminatory terms are:
