Individuals employed by NetNumber.com are involved periodically in the
Telephone Number Mapping (enum), and the Voice Profile for Internet Mail
(vpim) working groups of the IETF.  In this context, NetNumber makes the
following statement in accordance with Section 10 of IETF RFC 2026

NetNumber has patents and patents pending that are related to the
implementation of telephone number to IP mapping protocol standards and/or
Internet voice messaging protocol standards.  See
http://www.netnumber.com/intellectual.html for more information on
NetNumber's intellectual property position.  If part(s) of a contribution by
NetNumber is (are) included in a Telephone Number Mapping (enum) protocol
standard or a Voice Profile for Internet Mail (vpim) protocol standard and
NetNumber has patents that are essential to implementation of that standard,
NetNumber is prepared to grant, only to the extent essential to implement the
standard and subject to reciprocity of the licensed party (grantback), a
license to the included part(s) on reasonable, non-discriminatory terms and
conditions.

This grant immediately cancels to any party asserting rights against
NetNumber for a method(s) described in any IETF standard.
