contained in the patent(s) or patent application(s) disclosed above that would necessarily
be infringed by implementation of the technology required by the relevant IETF
specification ("Necessary Patent Claims"), for the purpose of implementing such

In accordance with Section 10 of RFC 2026, i-DNS.net International, Inc.
(i-DNS.net) hereby states that if i-DNS.net's contribution is incorporated
into an IETF standard and i-DNS.net has patents or patent applications over
such contribution, i-DNS.net is willing to grant a license to such patent
rights to the extent it is necessary to the implementation of the standard
and on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms based on reciprocity.
