This is to inform you that Telecom Italia has applied for and/or has
patent(s) that relates to WLAN access.

If part(s) of a submission by Telecom Italia is(are) included in a
standard on Network Discovery and Selection and Telecom Italia has
patents and/or pending application(s) that are essential to
implementation of such included part(s) in said standard:

Telecom Italia is prepared to grant, on the basis of reciprocity
(grant-back) whenever applicable, a license on such included part(s) on
reasonable, non-discriminatory terms and conditions.

Such license shall be subject to a written license agreement in place
before use of patents and/or patents applications.

This declaration is being made pursuant to the provisions of IETF IPR
Policy, Sections 10.3.1 and 10.3.2.
