Any and all derivative works taken from the two patent families methods must meet the following DMCA requirements for use of any of the 2 SEPs (US6370629 and US6393126) families methods globally. Additionally any use of said same US6370629 methods in Au, Br, Ca, EU, Ko, Jp, & Za must address fraud damages issues for illegally filed and abandoned instances of US6370629 in those Jurisdictions.

These opensource licensing requirements include updating all product licensing disclosing these requirements 1) the mandatory hard wiring of California State Law as choice of law per section 8.1 of the patents settlement agreement; and 2) the implementation of a compliance program proving said same per section 8.4 of the patents settlement agreement; and 3) updating all licensing per section 8.7 of the patent settlement agreement "until such time as commercial licensing is put in place to release those requirements".

Parties not properly obtaining releases in the 7 jurisdictions impacted by Australia AP54015/99, Brazil BR9904979A, Canada CA2287596a, EU EP0997808a3, and South Africa ZA9906799a; and Korea KR20000032593a, & Japan JP2000163379a as well as obtaining release from the US6370629
