Hi, Thanks for the confirmation request. This is a life saver. I have the following patents and approved application(will be published soo= n) as: 1. U.S. Patent No. 9,037,738 2. U.S. Patent No. 7,587,499 3. U.S. Patent No. 8,972,590 4. U.S. Patent No. 9,998,471 5. U.S. Patent Application No. 14/610,497 (or known as application US201501= 43479A1) I need to update the previous disclosure 2600 for all these patents and app= lication 14/610,497. I need to make sure the following option is used for each one on the above = list as:=20 e) Unwilling to Commit to the Provisions of a), b), or c) Above.=20 I made the update request for each one separately, which made it for 5 upda= tes for the IPR 2600 regarding the RFC 5849. Please take this email as confirmation for this update request. While I need all the updates on this particular RFC5849, if you can squeeze= all into one, you are welcome to do that. Otherwise, because each update is regarding an item from the patents list a= bove, I need all to reflect the change to every patent against the RFC 5849= .=20 Greatly appreciated.
