This declaration is being made pursuant to the provisions of IETF IPR
Policy, Sections 10.3.1 and 10.3.2.

RAD data communications LTD. (hereinafter refers as "RAD") believes it
owns a pending patent application that may relate to Internet Draft
document "draft-anavi-tdmoip-02.txt".

To the extent that the technology discussed in this Internet Draft becomes an IETF Standard and to the extent claims of RAD's patent which issue from this pending patent application is required to implement the IETF Standard, RAD agrees that, upon written request, RAD will offer, on
a nondiscriminatory basis, non-exclusive royalty-free licenses on fair and reasonable terms under such patent claims to implement the IETF Standard. RAD's willingness to grant such licenses is conditioned upon the prospective licensee granting a reciprocal license to RAD under any patents that the prospective licensee has to any technology required to implement that IETF Standard.
