In accordance with RFC 3668, Nortel Networks Limited has unpublished patent
applications that generally relate to at least a portion of the subject
matter of this Internet Draft:

Title: "Congestion Notification Process for Real-Time Traffic"

In the event that these patent applications of Nortel Networks issue, and
the issued patent contains claims that are necessary for practicing a
resulting IETF Standard based on this Internet Draft, Nortel Networks will
make available licenses, under a reasonable royalty or other fee, on fair,
reasonable, reciprocal, and non-discriminatory terms to claims it owns for
the purpose of complying with such IETF Standard.
