This is to inform the IETF that France Telecom is seeking patent protection
on some or all of the technology described in document http://www.ietf.org/
internet-drafts/draft-proust-flow-routing-00.txt.

If any part of this document is adopted as a standard, in the event that
France Telecom is granted a patent or patents essential its implementation,
France Telecom is prepared to grant, on the basis of reciprocity (grant-back)
whenever applicable, a license on such included part(s) on reasonable,
non-discriminatory terms and conditions.
