This is to inform the IETF that in the event that Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
("Samsung") is granted one or more patents resulting from a Korean patent application
No. 2003-075293 to the implementation of the internet draft . Samsung agrees to grant a royalty-free license to all parties
implementing Samsung's aforesaid draft, subject to reciprocity of the licensed party
under essential patents for IETF and IETF's adoption of the draft as the standard.
This grant immediately cancels to any party asserting rights against Samsung for any
apparatus, system, product-by-process, medium, and/or method described in the draft.
