Statement about IPR relating to the Contribution draft-ietf-rohc-udp-lite-04.txt

The following IPR Disclosure and Licensing Declaration is made pursuant to RFC
3668 Section 6.1.1 and relating to draft-ietf-rohc-udp-lite-04.txt

The technology of the document might possibly be covered by Ericsson US patent
application 10/673345 with publication number 2004-0073711 and by corresponding
patent applications in other countries.

To the extent that the technology discussed in the document becomes an IETF
Standard and to the extent claims issuing from the US patent application or
corresponding patent applications in other countries cover the IETF Standard,
Ericsson will not assert any such claims against any Implementer for fully
complying with the IETF Standard, provided however that Ericsson retains the
right to assert its patents against any Implementer that asserts a patent
against Ericsson for an implementation of the IETF Standard.
