Title: Ericsson's Statement about IPR claimed in RFC 3843 Received: 2 September 2004 From: Tage Lövgren Statement about IPR relating to RFC3843. The following IPR Disclosure and Licensing Declaration is made pursuant to RFC 3668 Section 6.1.1 and relating to RFC3843. The technology of the document might possibly be covered by Ericsson US patent application 10/673345 with publication number 2004-0073711 and by corresponding patent applications in other countries. To the extent that claims of patents issuing from the US patent application or claims of possible corresponding patents issuing from corresponding patent applications in other countries cover the IETF Standard of RFC3843, Ericsson will not assert any such claims against any Implementer for fully complying with the IETF Standard, provided however that Ericsson retains the right to assert its patents against any Implementer that asserts a patent against Ericsson for an implementation of the IETF Standard.
