Dear Sir,

In accordance with RFC 3668, Nortel Networks Limited has an unpublished
patent application relating to at least a portion of the subject matter of
this Internet Draft:

Title: "Candidate Access Router Discovery"

In the event that this patent application of Nortel Networks issues, and the
issued patent contains claims that are necessary for practicing a resulting
IETF Standard based on this Internet Draft, Nortel Networks will make
available licenses under fair, reasonable, reciprocal, and
non-discriminatory terms to such claims it owns for the purpose of complying
with such IETF Standard.
