During the review process by the European Patent Office and after some necessary adjustments of the claims, this patent lost according to the understanding of the applicant its relation to the MP-DCCP draft (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-amend-tsvwg-multipath-dccp/). For the avoidance of doubt, this addition to the original declaration does not constitute a revocation of the original declaration in case there may be still an relation to the MP-DCCP draft in contrast to the understanding of the applicant.
